The AuCar MK5 and Civada units were decent at the time, but generally, EVERYthing has been improved in the new MK6/G-Series line of screens.
While they look similar, the G-Series screens are completely different on the inside:
- MUCH more powerful processor & double the memory
- Android 11 Operating system (vs. Android 9 in the MK5/Civada)
- Completely new firmware and UI - eliminating most of the glitches and fiddly performance seen on the older units
