When will my order ship? Will I get tracking?

As a majority of the products offered are dropshipped by various SquareWheels partners, there are variable processing and shipping times.

If there's anything going on that may affect these standard times, I create an alert on the top bar of the site (and the product page) so you're aware.

Normal Shipping Times

Generally, there's about 3-5 business days processing before the unit ships.  Upon shipment, you'll automatically receive an email via email and text (if you provided a mobile number).  Count on about 10 days from when you submit your order until your doorbell rings (and be pleasantly surprised if/when it rings sooner!). 

HD Camera Upgrades:

Generally, HD cameras are dropshipped direct from the manufacturer.  Currently trending 5-10 business days.

Glowe Lighting Kits:

All lighting kits are custom created when you order!!! This generally takes 5-10 business days. Once your kit ships, you'll automatically receive an email via email and text (if you provided a mobile number).

Etched Lens Overlays

Sergey Firmware

Normal Fulfilment Times

For 1920x1080 screens, you'll automatically receive the first step in the process digitally (email/instant download link). For all other screen resolutions, count on an email from Sergey within 24-48 hours.
